Surra de Bunda!

Call the fucking travel agent because Brazil is where its at. Beautiful women, great food, and Aids. What put me over the top is the new dance Surra de Bunda.

The Surra de Bunda is a dance invented by the São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil group Tequileiras Do Funk which involves a female dancer “beating” her buttocks into a male’s face. The phrase Surra de Bunda in Portuguese loosely means “butt beat” or “butt pounding”.

During the groups’ performance, male audience members are invited on stage, and will sit down with their legs out straight in front of them. Bikini-clad dancers will then dance around the men, and eventually kneel in front of them with their rear end facing the men’s faces. Often the dancers will then hook their feet over the man’s shoulders, and grab their ankles. At this point, the dancer will proceed to pound their buttocks into the men’s faces as part of the dance routine.

The performance is usually accompanied by the song “Surra de Bunda”. The lyrics of the song explain that the dancer, a stripper, is going to take revenge on a male audience member (who has drank too much tequila) for thinking its easy for her to do her dance, and thus she will beat him with her ass (“bate com a bunda”) as revenge.

I beat that bitch with a butt. If you see me with a broken nose in August don’t ask!
