Make Room for the “Mac Rib”

Once I heard the McRib was back I figured I would try my hand to see what goodness I could make out of it. I first had it years ago in Oklahoma of all places and was memorized by it’s rarity more than it’s spongy rubber taste. So I was feeling lucky today and went to the drawing board. Here is what you’ll need in order to play.

2 McRib sandwiches
1 Big Mac
Fries
3 packs of BBQ sauce
Empty Stomach
Not a lot of dignity

If you crossed all the above off, then it’s time to get wet. First thing you want to do is take the McRib’s off of the bun and cut them into two pieces. Between them you want to coat on more BBQ sauce to make sure everything sticks because the Big Mac bread is very soft. Stack accordingly.

Once you’ve cut and stacked, I like to go Pittsburgh style and throw some fries on it.

Make sure you do this on both ends. Once you’ve completed that, you’re ready to stack both sides together lightly pressing down to make sure it’s glued properly. Just as insurance to hold things together, I took the McDonalds knife and out it down the middle to hold it all together. Lets see the final product….

Look at that beautiful bastard. Even the Monopoly man can’t believe what stands before him. Here’s the real talk of eating the Mac Rib, I made the mistake of scarfing this down in about 6 minutes. Don’t know why and I’m going to regret to the grave which just got accelerated. It felt like a cinderblock was on my chest for 30 minutes. After that I began to sweat like I was at Lenny Bias’s draft party. My stomach and ass were making noises that only a downshifting 18 wheeler could make. Then right on time, came the itus. My body shut me down and I passed out once on the toilet and second in my office. SO, if you’re up for all of that then go right on in.
