DC is finally getting some proper DICK tonight

Go ahead and get that good, GOOD in you tonight. Americas favorite Jewo, Racecarbed are bringing their monthly shindig to DC this month at Vida Lounge. Doors open @ 9 and it’s $15 before 11 then goes to $20. They got a stacked DJ lineup including one of my favorite producers over the last year, Nadus from Brick Bandits. Get ready for the Jersey Club/Trap fuck fest where everybody gets a piece. For those who aren’t familiar with Nadus, you better catch up fast.

Tittsworth’s Bacon Birthday Party @ Uhall 3/2

I really don’t have to say much. That flyer sells itself. On March 2nd we celebrate the birth of Jesse Tittsworth. During that time we will be boozing, eating bacon, and listening to music on DC’s greatest sound system inside DC’s greatest club. I’m really looking forward to this because I know everybody in the building is gonna be fam. 814ofcourse and myself are going to record our set and hopefully have it ready for y’all the next week. Des is coming down from Philly (WIN), and we know how Tittsworth gets it in. I suggest getting there EARLY because for those of you who partied with us at Moombacon Massive already know that the bacon goes fast. I believe it was gone in about 25 minutes at the last event.

HOR in NYC Tonight

I’m packing my bags right now getting ready to hike on up to New York City and catch that lovely sweater wearing man from DC, Alvin Risk play at Webster Hall. Why New York if he just played Uhall last week? Well, Ill be doing some consulting and social media work but the reason it’s up on HOR is for an A.P.B. on a food recommendations while I’m up there. It’s mostly a business trip but you know I love to wonder off the beaten path to find food thats terrible for me. Well dip me in shit and roll me through breadcrumbs. Nothing tickles the taint more than a Nouveau Riche week. Gavin, Steve, Yung Nacey always throw a grand ol time. This month Dem Riche boyz are delivering a proper mafia boot right to the liver by giving away FREE Ketel One vodka and Bulleit bourbon from 10-11pm. Also, DJ Yorker will be guest DJing so there ya go. I always have a blast going to these and the hangover the next day is a free excuse for Taco Bell. You’re a winner all weekend. As if they didn’t have enough street cred, they put together this marketing tool from the future called a “prumo video” Might be “Promo” not sure but it fuckin rules. Peep Game.

THE 2012 H STREET FESTIVAL

Very excited for Saturday as I was asked to play the H Street festival with some amazing DJ’s including Sam “The Man” Burns. So many heavyweights in house in music it’s an honor to share the stage with them and the weather is suppose to be perfect. Hope they don’t mean mug me too hard when I run the trap in the afternoon. I got the perfect slot where I can wake up, drink a few Bloody Mary’s, play some tunes, then have the rest of the day to booze and listen to all the great DJ’s I admire.

Moombacon Massive Recap & Photos

Yup, that picture above basically sums up another successful Moombacon Massive. I just want to thank everyone who came out, ate, drank, and danced their ass off til 3am with us. It really means a lot to see everyone come together from the dedicated HOR heads to the people who came just to check it out. So much work goes into doing these so to have it pop off like it did was totally worth it and looking forward to doing it next year. Moombacon Massive Week! DJ Set times

Always get a little more excited and a little more hungry leading up Moombacon Sunday. For those who still need more event info, You can find it here. Just a heads up that Rock and Roll Hotel is having a nearly sold out show downstairs starting at 7 so we are expected to hit capacity even earlier than we did last year which was around 11:15. Moombacon Massive is September 2nd

Whats starting to become the Labor Day Weekend tradition in DC, the HOR original, Moombacon Massive is back and this time we spared no expense in making sure we have the best lineup in DC Sunday night. We’ve teamed up with Cool Breezy to give give you the most diverse, talented, well known DJ’s from Philly to Baltimore, along with our own home grown DC cream of the crop. As always, the event is at Rock and Roll Hotel with doors open at 9PM and going until 3AM. those who come early will be rewarded with FREE Thick-cut Bacon, FREE Fried Chicken, and FREE Condoms (if you’re into using those rubber cockblockers).
