I love it when Shane Smith stops by the Joe Rogan podcast and talks about his world adventures. That dude has gone to more places and seen more shit than everyone in my town combined. He also runs my favorite site, VICE. This episode is 3 hours of mind blowing discussion while boozing and smoking weed. Whats not to like?
Thought I would share my top 5 audio podcast that I listen to during the week. Over the past year that I have been listening more to comedians podcasts than I do music mixes. Here are my go-to’s:
5. The Virzi Effect Podcast 
The Virzi Effect podcast is done by comedian Paul Virzi who talks about his standup shows, sports, movies, and whatever else that happened during the past week. I got put onto this his podcast after listening to Bill Burr’s Monday Morning Podcast. My favorite bit he does is called “Unacceptable faces in sports” example Pau Gasol, Dirk Nowitzski, and Scott Brosius.

4. Joey Diaz: Church of Whats Happening Now 
How do you not love Joey Diaz? I got put onto Joey by listening to him on Joe Rogan when he would tell these mind blowing coke stories including the time when he sold blow to Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. Since then, I’ve been hooked. On his podcast he talks about his old party days but also goes into other cool topics that will make you think and actually improve your life. 3. Jim Florentine: Comedy Metal Midgets Podcast 
Jim Florentine is an angry fucking man and you’ll love him for it. He talks about topics that will make your blood boil from bad drivers, Superbowl Halftime show, fantasy football, and more. Jim has a unique way of venting his anger that makes you laugh your tits off. He also tells great comedy stories from when he used to travel with Andrew Dice Clay and Jim Norton. Florentine is also one of the best pranksters you’ll ever know playing brutal jokes other comedians, ex-girlfriends, and whoever else in the wrong place at the wrong time. At the end of every podcast he plays one of his old prank phone calls off his terrorizing telemarketers CD.

2. The Joe Rogan Experience 
I don’t even know where to start with the Joe Rogan podcast. He covers everything from life, science, weed, comedy, UFC to hunting, working out, and DMT. He also does the podcast with comedian Brian Redband who runs the Deathsquad podcast network. They have all kinds of guests who sit in and hang. Thats basically sums up the podcast is just a funny ass hang in which you’ll learn a lot in the process. Never a bad show.

1. BILL BURR: MONDAY MORNING PODCAST 
The Monday Morning Podcast is by far the best on the internet. Best part is that it comes out every Monday so it’s a great way to start the week especially if you’re in the cubicle militia. Just like his stand up, Bill goes into breaking down women, sports, relationships, and more.

I watched/listened to bit of an older Joe Rogan podcast but it was so good that I’d to share it. This is the second time Freeway Rick Ross came on the show. For those who still don’t know the backstory, Freeway Rick Ross was a LA drug dealer who was so big that the LAPD had a task force specifically assigned to taking him down. He went to prison on the 3 strikes rule in California but later was released after he taught himself how to read in prison so he can read legal books to fight his case. Pretty common information. Enter fat rapper Rick Ross, Prison guard Rick Ross. This podcast is an update to the court case between the two. Freeway Rick Ross sued him for taking his name and building a rap career based on him. A very excellent listen to if you’re at the office or just sitting around being lazy. Freeway Rick also tells some epic drug stories. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Very exciting stuff this week with VICE putting out a 7 episode story that talks about Mitt Romney’s dad who is in a Mormon colony in Mexico, in a war with Mexican drug cartels. That in itself is too good to make up but it’s true. Joe Rogan and Shane Smith go back and forth in a very mind opening, powerful conversation about politics that was eye opening for me and I don’t even follow politics. Here are parts 1 and 2 of the VICE story on Romney.
This was hands down the greatest Joe Rogan podcast to date. VICE owner and journalist Shane Smith stopped by hungover from a weekend drinking bender in Vegas to talk about some of the most mind blowing shit I’ve ever heard going on in the world. He talks about interviewing a Taliban officer who recruits child suicide bombers. In addition to talking about some of the most fucked up places on earth, he goes into this thing called the “Bangkok Body Snatchers”, this group in Thailand who preys on people who needs medical emergency’s and kidnap them, let them die, then resell their organs. WTF! Joe and Shane also go into this Colombian drug called Scopolamine. I highly recommend this podcast as it will blow your fucking mind.
A great, can’t miss episode of the JRE was posted up this week with the legend, Freeway Rick Ross. For any noobs who are wondering why there isn’t a fat rapper sitting there, This is the OG Rick Ross from the west coast who the Miami rapper stole the name from. For more podcast go to JOEROGAN.NET

Great podcast last night with Joe Rogan who had Deadmau5 on. At first I was like oh here we fucking go but I have to admit I was really feeling a lot of things he had to say about DJing, producing, and promoters. If you’re being lazy today, I highly recommend you give this a spin.

I was clapped up in bed all day going through things while catching up on my Joe Rogan backlog. This one blew my mind with this guy he brought on, Peter Joseph. Peter Joseph is a film maker who also created the Zeitgeist Movement. Very interesting interview but it’s MIIND BLOWING if you watch/listen it when you’re high. Life changing.
The greatest podcast going on the internet right now. Joe Rogan will blow your mind and make you want to smoke pot on a daily basis as if it were a new years diet/life plan. His boy Joey “Coco” Diaz has AMAZING drug stories. This podcast had me locked in the entire time as Joey talks about how he used to sell coke to Whitney and Bobby while Doug Stanhope eats shrooms. Video will kick on in a minute. Can’t get enough of this!
